Green Tea
Green tea has been shown to stimulate fat loss and increase your metabolism. Plus it's completely natural and mostly water, so you'll be getting hydrated AND drinking something that is very good for you.
Vegetable Juice
This is basically a bunch of vegetables blended up. It's extremely healthy if fresh and can really help load you up with vitamins and minerals fast. You can try drinking a small glass before meals to start the full feeling process early so you will eat less at the meal.
You can even make your own healthy meal replacements by grinding up some milk, veggies, and protein powder in a blender. It actually tastes very good and can help you recover from a workout, or just fill you up in between meals in a healthy way.
Good Old Water
Water is actually one of the best drinks that you can consume if you're trying to lose weight (or just every day!) Water is essential to our bodies and when you get dehydrated you may actually feel hungry and eat something that you didn't need. Whenever you get those hunger pangs, you should immediately drink a nice tall glass of water to make sure you weren't thirsty. This can also help with overeating at meals too.
